• Talk to Koblakiq and select 'Terrified' in answer to her question.
• Obtain a Soiled Letter from the Orcish Footsoldiers in either Davoi or Castle Zvahl Baileys.
• Return to Oldton Movalpolos and trade the Soiled Letter to Koblakiq to complete the quest.
