Nadeey will replace your Treasures of Aht Urhgan mission ring if you discard your current ring, then speak to Nadeey for a cutscene, giving you a choice of the three again. You need not wait for conquest tally between dropping the ring and obtaining your first replacement, but if you want to change rings again, you must wait for the conquest tally.
