One of the five Ministries of Magic found in Windurst, focuses on the properties and cultivation of plants ("Rhinostery" is a combination of the words "ministery" and "rhinal" -- smell). Located in Windurst Waters south at J-8/9. The NPCs in the Rhinostery will give the following quests, which must be completed in order:

- Overnight Delivery, from Kenapa-Keppa.
- Water Way to Go, from Ohbiru-Dohbiru.
- Blue Ribbon Blues, Kerutoto.
- Toraimarai Turmoil, from Ohbiru-Dohbiru.
