- How to obtain
- You can buy it for 200 Imperial Standing from Sharin-Garin at (L-8) in Aht Urhgan Whitegate. Talk to him and choose "Using Runic Portals." then "Yes (200 points)."
- Note
- This is a single-use permit; a new permit must be purchased for each teleport.
