Walkthrough

• If you have just finished Blue Ribbon Blues you will have to zone out and back in to get the quest. Also if you're on Windurst Mission 7-2 (Awakening of the Gods) you may have to talk to Ohbiru-Dohbiru twice.
• Upon accepting the quest, you will receive a Rhinostery Certificate which will provide access to Toraimarai Canal via Windurst Walls(If you've just completed the previous quest, Blue Ribbon Blues, you will need to zone before accepting this quest).
  • Zoning did not work. Might have to wait # of game days or until Japanese midnight. [NEEDS CONFIRMATION]
• Talk to Ohbiru-Dohbiru. The Rhinostery wants you to kill Starmites in Toraimarai Canal. Collect all the Starmite Shells you can gather and bring them back to the Rhinostery.
• There are 2 paths to the Starmite camp:
  • Starting from Priming Gate at H-3 of Windurst Walls, zone into Toraimarai Canal (Rhinostery Certificate is required for access):
    • At first intersection head east, follow path
    • Down stairs at I-8 & head east
    • Make 2 right turns at I-10
    • Up stairs at I-9
    • Head to G-9
  • Starting from J-7 tower in East Sarutabaruta, zone into Inner Horutoto Ruins:
    • Cracked wall at G-8
    • Magic Gate of Horutoto at E-10
    • Cracked Wall at D-10
    • Sealed Portal at H-9 (Portal Charm or WHM,BLM & RDM required for access)
    • Through false wall at H-8
    • Toraimarai Canal door at H-6 & zone into Toraimarai Canal
    • Cross bridge at H-6
    • Down stairs at H-7 & turn right at intersection
    • Up stairs at H-9
    • Cross bridge at I-8
    • Down stairs at J-9 & head east to 2nd map
    • Up stairs at F-8
    • Down stairs at H-10
    • Up stairs at I-9
    • Head to G-9
• Ohbiru-Dohbiru will reward you with 4,500 gil for every 3 Starmite Shells that you bring him.

Game Description

Client: Ohbiru-Dohbiru (Rhinostery, Windurst Waters)
Summary: Become a certified Rhinostery adventurer in order to enter the Toraimarai Canal and cull the Starmites that are causing havoc there. Bring back the shells of three Starmites to receive your reward.
